T: +91 22 2272 1234/33 | E: corp.comm@bseindia.com www.bseindia.com | Corporate Identity Number: L67120MH2005PLC155188 BSE - PUBLIC BSE announces change in licensing requirements for market data products from January 1, 2027 Mumbai, June 29, 2026: BSE Ltd (“BSE”) today announced that it will directly manage the licensing of its market data products for international clients from January 1, 2027, which is currently being undertaken by Deutsche Börse AG. International clients will continue to receive BSE Market Data Products from January 01, 2027 from BSE and there will be no interruption in service. BSE and Deutsche Börse AG are working together to ensure a smooth transition throughout the migration process. There will be no change for clients based out of India, who will continue to access market data products directly from BSE. In October 2013, BSE and Deutsche Börse AG had entered into market data service agreement for licensing of BSE market data products to all international clients. Under this agreement, Deutsche Börse AG was responsible for sales and marketing of all BSE market data products to customers outside of India, while BSE serves all the domestic clients directly. To continue receiving BSE India Information Products after December 31, 2026, all international clients may write to datafeed.sales@bseindia.com with their request.
