In this regard, the Company wishes to clarify that it discontinued availing the rating services of CRISIL with effect from December 20, 2024, and communicated the same to CRISIL. The Stock Exchanges were informed of the discontinuation vide the Company's letter dated August 27, 2025. As on date, the Company does not have any subsisting rating engagement with CRISIL, and the rating reflected by CRISIL is being voluntarily maintained by it. The Company's debt facilities continue to be rated by ICRA Limited, and there has been no change in the ratings assigned by ICRA Limited i.e. Long term A Stable and Short term A2+ as per Credit Rating Report dated January 27, 2026.
