Consequently, the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of the circular resolution dated June 29, 2026 has approved the nomination of Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav (DIN: 01193143), as Director in her place on the Board of Riya International PTE Ltd. Further, the Board of Directors of Riya International PTE Ltd., at their meeting held today (i.e. June 29, 2026), have approved the appointment of Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav (DIN: 01193143), as Director of Riya International PTE Ltd. w.e.f.
