However, he will continue to be associated with the Company as an advisor. Further, please note that Ms. Savitha Krishnamoorthy, who is currently General Manager, Human Resources has been appointed as Head (HR & Admin) w.e.f. October 05, 2026 in his place. She will be categorized as ‘Senior Management Personnel’ of the Company w.e.f. the same date as per the provisions of Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Regulations.
