Please note that Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited has filed an appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court challenging the order dated 26.05.2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (“NCLAT”). By way of the order dated 26.05.2026, the NCLAT had directed that the implementation of the EGM resolution dated 29.05.2026 be kept in abeyance till the outcome of the Company Petition No. 64 of 2023. The appeal is listed on 24.07.2026 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Please note that we shall next provide a disclosure/update when there is a material development in the proceedings.
