SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023. In continuation of the above, we would like to inform you of a development in relation to the ongoing litigation disclosed at Sr. No. 3 of the aforesaid intimation before the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai.
