Accordingly, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transactions involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course. Further, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023 and April 21, 2025, the functionality to restrict trading by DPs and their IRs in the shares of the Company by freezing PAN shall be available w.e.f. July 01, 2026 on our designated depository portal i.e. Central Depository Services Limited (“CDSL”). You are requested to kindly take the same in your records.
