Trading Window

TTK Healthcare Limited announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This procedural step is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before the financial results are made public. The date for the Board Meeting to approve the Q1 results will be intimated subsequently.
