The existing centre was originally leased under a Lease Deed dated July 2, 2020. Pursuant to the said Addendum, the Company has taken on lease additional space admeasuring 31,259 square feet at the aforesaid centre, which will result in an increase in the Company's operational capacity. The details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
