In this regard, we wish to inform you that the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot (remote e-voting only) have approved the Appointment of Thiru Kumar Jayant, I.A.S., (DIN – 01820616) as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and Appointment of Dr S Vijayakumar, I.A.S., (DIN – 01764064) as Director of the Company, with requisite majority, as set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot and E-Voting dated 22nd May, 2026.
