Intimation of closure of Trading Window under SEBI PIT Regulations.

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd (TTML) announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons starting July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board Meeting convenes to approve the financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken to comply with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
