As per the German Commercial Register extract dated 2 October 2026, add solution GmbH, which was into continuous losses, for the past several quarters, due to downturn in the automotive industry in Germany, has been dissolved for the purpose of winding up its affairs. The voluntary liquidation is being undertaken as part of the Group's business rationalization initiatives and is not expected to have any material impact on the operations, or profitability of the Company. The liquidation process shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of Germany.
