Shri Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), Engineers India Limited has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Limited vide Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas letter CA-31018/1/2024-CA-PNG (49120) dated 29.06.2026, with effect from the date of his assumption of the charge of the post till the date of his superannuation, i.e 30.09.2029,or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 2. Shri Atul Gupta (DIN: 09704622) has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f.29th June,2026(A.N). 3. With the above, the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director entrusted to Shri Praveen M. Khanooja (DIN:09746472), Additional Secretary, MoPNG, handed over to Shri Atul Gupta w.e.f. above date. 4. In compliance to SEBI Master circular dated 30.01.2026, the brief profile of Shri Atul Gupta is attached herewith. Further as certified by the Director, his inter-se relationship between the Directors of Engineers India Limited is NIL. 5. Further, it is to affirm that Shri Atul Gupta is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority. 6.
