The Exchange is hereby informed that in terms of Clause 4 of Schedule B read with
Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the
trading window for all the Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated
Persons and Insiders has been closed from 1st October, 2026 and will remain closed till
48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ending
on 30th September, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Financial Results shall be informed in
due course.
