Ruchi Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange about the pendency of litigation/dispute or the outcome impacting the company. The company has received a notice from the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh regarding C.E.A. No. 43 of 2009, filed by the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Vishakhapatnam. The matter is pending, and the quantum of liability, if any, arising from the proceedings is yet to be determined.
