It caters to a diversified customer base across consumer, institutional, and export segments, leveraging Business- to-Company (B2C), Business-to-business (B2B), and Business-to-Government (B2G) business models. In the consumer segment, it serves individual customers through an omni-channel strategy leveraging distributors, dealers, retailers, e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. In the institutional segment, it engages with corporates, contractors, and government bodies for residential, commercial, and infrastructure applications. The Company also serves international markets through export channels across multiple geographies.
