Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company The Board approved an increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from the existing Rs.3,50,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Fifty Lakhs Only) to Rs.23,50,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty- Three Crores Fifty Lakhs Only) by the creation of an additional Rs.20,00,00,000 (Twenty Crore Only) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each. This modi(cid:976)ication is subject to the necessary approval of the Shareholders and other Regulatory Authorities.
