Our disclosure dated September 19, 2026 regarding approval for acquisition of equity shares of Shreenath Paper Industries Private Limited; and 3. Our disclosure dated September 24, 2026 regarding completion of acquisition of equity shares of Shreenath Paper Industries Private Limited. Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our aforesaid disclosures and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to provide the following further update in relation to Shreenath Paper Industries Private Limited (“SPIPL”), which has become a Subsidiary Company of Shreenath Paper Products Limited (“the Company”) with effect from September 24, 2026, consequent upon the Company's shareholding in SPIPL increasing from 50% to 75%. We further wigh to inform that SPIPL had already commenced its business operations prior to becoming a Subsidiary Company of the Company and is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of sublimation paper from its manufacturing facility situated at Plot No. 3810 to 3821, Near Super Gas Co., GIDC, Sarigam, Gujrat—396156. Further, consequent upon SPIPL becoming a Subsidiary Company of the Company, the financial information of SPIPL, from the date on which it became a Subsidiary Compqn&fl\fisidered for consolidation in the consolidated financial statements of the Company, in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Company will make the requisite disclosures relating to its consolidated financial results in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations. This disclosure is being made as a further update to the Stock Exchange, in continuation of the earlier disclosures referred to above, with a view to provide updated information regarding the business and operational status of SPIPL consequent upon it becoming a Subsidiary Company of the Company.
