Closure of Trading Window

TTK Healthcare Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
