In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish
to inform that, the Company has entered into an agreement for acquisition of 50%
stake in HATSOFF Helicopter Training Pvt. Ltd i.e., 3,84,04,205 (Three Crore
Eighty-Four Lakh Four Thousand Two Hundred Five) equity shares each with a
face value of Rs 10/- (Rs Ten only) from M/s CAE, Canada, at NIL consideration.
2. Upon transfer of the above referred shares, the HATSOFF Helicopter
Training Pvt. Ltd. will become 100% Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of HAL.
