In continuation to the above and in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations, this is to inform that post the completion of the conditions prescribed under the definitive agreements, the acquisition of the business of A1 Biochem Group has been completed. Apitoria now holds 80% ownership in A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited (“A1 Labs India”) and 20% ownership is held by Dr. Rajendra Gadikota (former promoter of A1 Biochem Group). Further, A1 Labs India, through its wholly owned subsidiary A1 Biochem USA Inc, USA, has acquired 100% membership interest of A1 Biochem Labs LLC, USA (step-down subsidiary of A1 Labs India) which is operating in USA. Through this acquisition, Apitoria now has access to an existing CRO platform with 50+ client base and experience of completing 800+ projects in India and USA. This acquisition complements Apitoria’s manufacturing capabilities to create an integrated CRDMO platform and expand the portfolio of offerings to the customers and longer life cycle engagement with the customers.
