SOBHA’s share of sales value also reached a historic high of ₹ 48.74 Bn. • Delivered growth over H1 FY26, with sales value increase of 47.2% and sales area by 32.4%. • The performance was led by strong response to new project launches during the first half of the financial year. • Bangalore recorded total sales value of ₹ 33.85 Bn, contributing 57.7% of total sales. NCR recorded ₹ 19.74 Bn, (33.7%), Kerala region contributed ₹ 3.57 Bn (6.1%), while other cities together contributed ₹ 1.46 Bn (2.5%). • Launched 7.91 million sft of saleable area comprising 5 projects in 3 cities - Bangalore, Gurgaon and Calicut, with a sale potential of ₹ 112 Bn. • Completed 1,391 homes totalling 2.56 million sft of saleable area spread across 17 wings / blocks. Q2-27 Snapshot • Recorded second highest ever quarterly sales value of ₹ 22.06 Bn, with 1.42 million sft of area sold consisting of 828 units. SOBHA’s share of sales value stood at ₹ 18.82 Bn. • Total sale value grew by 16% compared with Q2 FY26. • Sustenance sales remained strong during the quarter, with significant contributions from SOBHA OneWorld, SOBHA Neopolis in Bangalore, and SOBHA Crescent, SOBHA Aranya in Gurgaon. • Completed 720 homes totalling 1.49 million sft of saleable area spread across 9 wings / blocks. Q2-27 New Launches • Launched 1.03 million sft of saleable area covering two projects, one each in Calicut and Mysore. • SOBHA Boulevard: A premium plotted development spread across 10.6 acres in Mysore, comprising 126 plots with a total saleable area of 0.20 million sft. • SOBHA Bellevue: A super-luxury residential development spread across 4.3 acres at Feroke, Calicut, comprising 298 homes with a total saleable area of 0.83 million sft.
