This is to inform you that, A1 Biochem USA Inc (“A1 USA Inc”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited (“A1 Labs India”), has acquired 100% ownership of A1 Biochem Labs LLC (“A1 Labs LLC”) in accordance with the terms of the Definitive Agreements entered into for the acquisition of A1 Biochem Group. A1 Labs LLC is operating from USA and will now be a step-down subsidiary of A1 Labs India.
