Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, and in compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Pakka Limited (“the Company”) shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration and dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2026, to the public. Further, the Trading Window shall reopen upon expiry of the aforesaid 48 hours after the financial results become generally available. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course. During the period of closure of the Trading Window, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the Company, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
