Mr. Pradeep Vinayak Kadekar had been associated with the Company for several years and made valuable contributions to the affairs of the Company. During his tenure as an Independent Director, he provided his extensive experience, guidance and valuable insights, particularly in matters relating to compliance, governance and overall functioning of the Company.
