Dear Madam/Sir, In furtherance to the disclosure filed by DIC India Limited (the “Company”) dated March 03, 2026 in connection with the draft assessment order passed by the Assessing Officer (“AO”) under section 144C(1) of the Income- tax Act 1961 (“IT Act 1961”) regarding the matter involving transfer pricing adjustments relating to international transactions undertaken by the Company during the FY 2022-23 (AY 2023-24), please be informed that the Company has received the directions dated 30th September, 2026 from Dispute Resolution Panel-2 (“DRP”), New Delhi under section 144C(5) of the IT Act 1961, pursuant to the objections filed by the Company against the said order. The DRP did not accept most of the Company’s objections and directed the AO to incorporate its findings in the final order. Upon receipt of the final order, the Company will evaluate the final order and take appropriate action. In terms of SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, and Industry Standards note on Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the information required are enclosed herewith as Annexure -1 and Form - A.
