ZD210926037570H dated 30th September, 2026, proposing a demand of Rs. 2,27,53,28,966/- against the Company in relation to the mismatch in GSTR 1, GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘the Listing Regulations’) this is to inform that the demand proposed in the original Show Cause Notice bearing Ref. No. ZD210926037570H dated September 30, 2026 has been rectified to amount Rs. 40,95,59,214.00/- by the Assistant Commissioner vide Rectification Show Cause Notice No. MA211026001510Z dated October 1, 2026. The Demand so proposed in the rectified SCN is erroneous as per the opinion of the company and is not tenable and the Company has substantive grounds to contest the same. The Demand so proposed in the rectified SCN is erroneous as per the opinion of the company and is not tenable and the Company has substantive grounds to contest the same. The Company does not accept the liability proposed therein. Accordingly, the demand does not represent an ascertained liability or an expected financial outflow for the Company. 2.
