The arrangement is expected to strengthen the Company’s business capabilities and enable both parties to derive long-term strategic benefits. Under this engagement, the Company will leverage its domain expertise along with its advanced AI-driven platforms to deliver innovative, customized solutions for enterprise software and cloud services. The agreement is also expected to facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and enhance value creation for the client through access to the Company’s new and evolving offerings. Further details form part of Annexure A to this letter. We further confirm that: • None of the promoter(s), promoter group, or group companies of the Company have any interest in the entity awarding the said contract; • The agreement is in ordinary course of the business; and • The aforesaid agreement does not constitute a related party transaction.
