The Trading Window shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Designated Persons covered under the aforesaid Code have been duly intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. Further, it may be noted that the aforesaid closure of the Trading Window is in continuation of the Company's earlier intimation dated March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall reopen only after the expiry of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the declaration of the Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and the quarter ended June 30, 2026, whichever is declared later. The date of the Board Meeting(s) for considering and approving the Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s) separately in due course.
