Notice of Closure of Trading Window

Satia Industries Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen on the third calendar day following the board meeting.
