VSD Confin Ltd has announced the voting results for its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on September 30, 2026. The company received 100% votes in favor of the resolution to adopt the audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The resolution to appoint a director in place of Mr. Santosh Kumar Gupta was also passed with 100% votes in favor.
