Nature ofWorkOrder Originallythe project was awarded to the Company for development of a slum "Kajimiya ni Chali" at Ahmedabad by constructing 728 housingunits and 25 commercial shops. The projectwas awarded by AMC under the Slum Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Policy 2013 pursuant to Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna under PPP basis. Total development cost ofthe project was INR 105.02 Crore for which the Companywouldbe receivingTransferable Development Rights (TDR) of INR 56.51 Crore and balance free sale land admeasuring 4209.61 sq.mfrs amountingto INR48.51 Crore. Date ofExecutionof WorkOrder The work was originally awarded by AMC to the Company vide LOA dated 04.10.2025 (received on 07.10.2025) and the present intimationofamendmentisreceivedtodayon 01.10.2026. Details of Amendment / The work is amended bythe AMC whereby the Company would now Cancellation and its Effect be receiving reduced balance free sale land admeasuring 2290 sq. thereon mfrs. of INR 26.39 Crore instead of 4209.61 sq. mfrs. of INR 48.51 Crore, in lieu of additional TDR of INR 22.12 Crore. Therefore, the value of total TDR is increased to INR 78.63 Crore to compensate reduction of size andvalue of land.
