slums popularly known as 'Gulbai Tekra' at Ahmedabad,
pursuant to PMA Scheme and Slum Rehabilitation Scheme of
the Government, for which the Company would be receiving
Transferable DevelopmentRights (TDR) ofINR 70.34 Crore and
Land Premium ofINR 28.74 Crore as a consideration to recoup
thedevelopmentcost.
Date ofExecutionof Work Theworkwas originally awarded byAMC to the Company vide
Order LOA dated 05.02.2024 (received on 05.02.2024] and the
present intimation of amendment is received today on
01.10.2026.
Details of Amendment/ Thepresentamendmentisfor construction and developmentof
CancellationanditsEffect additional 56 Residential Units and 2 Commercial Shops on the
thereon free salelandtherebymakingthe overallwork for construction
of 910 Residential Units and 12 Commercial Shops for INR
105.65 Crore for which the Company would now only be
receivingTDRofINR105.65 Crore asconsideration.
