DOR.No.S5245/08.55.001/2026-27 dated October 01, 2026, has extended the tenure of Thiru.C.S.Ram Kumar, General Manager (Retired), Reserve Bank of India as an Additional Director of the Bank for a further period of two years from October 04, 2026 to October 03, 2028 or till further orders, whichever is earlier and vide its order Ref.No.CO.HGG.DOR.No.S5255/08.55.001/2026-27 dated October 01, 2026, has appointed Thiru.R.Kannan, General Manager (Retired), Reserve Bank of India as an Additional Director of the Bank for a period of two years from October 04, 2026 to October 03, 2028 or till further orders, whichever is earlier, in place of Thiru.Visvanathan Srinivasan, General Manager (Retired), Reserve Bank of India. Thiru.C.S.Ram Kumar & Thiru.R.Kannan are not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnels of the Bank. Further, in line with the Stock Exchange Circular dated June 20, 2018, it is hereby confirmed that they are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
