The agreement will combine the GCC’s deep retail and enterprise knowledge with TCS’s technology, engineering, AI and global delivery capabilities to accelerate innovation, scale AI- powered solutions and deliver greater business value. As part of the agreement, the Best Buy™ India entity will transition to TCS, ensuring business continuity; while embarking on its transformation into an AI-native Capability Center (AICC) under a multi-year agreement. Leveraging TCS’ Global Value & Innovation Centres framework, teams will redesign workflows, develop AI-powered experiences and solutions, and scale capabilities across the business, transitioning into an AI Capability Center over time.
