A44258 Annexure A Alteration of the Main Object Clause (Clause 3, Sub-clause A) of the Memorandum of Association (“MOA”) of the Company by way of substitution of the existing Clause 3A with the following new Clause 3A after incorporating the additional words and corrections as under: 3. (A) To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, stockists, agents, merchants, distributors, repackers and/or otherwise dealers in all kinds of basic drugs, dyestuffs, analytical chemicals, bulk drugs, pharmaceuticals, medicines, surfactants, speciality chemicals and allied chemicals, including fine chemicals, industrial and pure chemicals, organic and inorganic chemicals, aroma chemicals, biological and biochemical products, electrolytic drugs, ingredients, products and compounds; perfumes, toilet goods, detergents, food flavours, solvents, pure drug solvents, chemical, dye and drug intermediates, cosmetics, insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers, heavy chemicals, alkalis, acids, industrial chemicals and preparations, chemicals used in plastics, pigments, varnishes, paints, alcohols, dyes and colours, agrochemicals, petrochemicals and other chemical preparations required or used by various industries, including sugar, tanning, textile, metallurgical, process and allied industries; proofing materials, disinfectants, oils, cotton, wetting-out agents, soaps, tallow, gums, varnishes, synthetics, resins, catalytic agents, petroleum products and other articles, substances and compounds of every description; and chemicals and chemical preparations used in or required for the manufacture, processing or formulation of pharmaceuticals, drugs, enzymes, dyes, medicines, biological and biochemical products and other allied products, and to manufacture, deal in, process, formulate, prepare, develop, distribute and market all kinds of chemicals and their by-products, intermediates, derivatives, compounds, formulations, preparations and articles of the aforesaid nature, whether within or outside India.
