SUBJECT: INTIMATION OF CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW AS PER THE SEBI (PROHIBITION OF
INSIDER TRADING) REGULATIONS, 2015 FOR THE QUARTER ENDING ON JUNE 30, 2026.
In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and
the Company's "Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive
Information" the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall
remain closed from July 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for
the quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due
course of time.
