This is to inform you that the NCLT, has sanctioned the Scheme vide its order dated 1st October 2026 (“Sanction Order”). The copy of the Sanction Order has been uploaded on the website of NCLT and the Company at https://www.jswenergy.in/investors/scheme-of- arrangement Certified copy of the Sanction Order is awaited.
