Mrs. Gudiya Yadav (DIN: 11693940) as Non-Executive Non-Independent Woman Director of the Company with effect from 30th September 2026. 2. Mrs. Surabhi Singh Rathod (DIN: 11878920), who was appointed as an Additional Non- Executive Independent Woman Director by the Board of Directors on 12th August 2026, as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of the Company. 3. Mr. Siddharth Shankar Mahajan (DIN: 10819584), who was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director by the Board of Directors on 12th August 2026, as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. However, the aforesaid resolutions were not properly passed and therefore needs to be re- passed. Accordingly, the Company will undertake all necessary corrective actions in compliance with applicable law, including obtaining requisite approvals, consents and ratifications, and making such statutory filings and disclosures as may be considered necessary for re-appointing them.
