The long-term rating has been revised to BBB from BBB+, while the short-term rating has been revised to A3+ from A2. The revision in ratings primarily reflects the impact of the temporary suspension of operations at the Company's Bhopal plant. The Company is taking necessary steps towards the resumption of operations at the Bhopal plant and expects the ratings profile to improve upon normalization of operations.
