Trading Window

One Mobikwik Systems Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the public declaration of the company's un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
