Assistant Commissioner, CGST, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, vide its order dated June 18, 2026
(received by the Company on June 26, 2026) has revised the demand pertaining to the shortfall in
tax payment and mismatch of input tax credit for the period from April 2018 to March 2023. The
revised demand aggregates to ~ INR 2.97 crore (excluding applicable interest and penalty), as
compared to the earlier demand of ~ INR 2.96 crore (excluding applicable interest and penalty).
