Trading Window

Dev Accelerator Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The window will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are announced, with the board meeting date to be intimated separately.
