Mr. Mahendra Jagmohan Sanghvi shall hold office as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years, for the maximum period up to September 30, 2031, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Company has received the requisite consent, declarations and disclosures from Mr. Mahendra Jagmohan Sanghvi. The declaration of independence submitted by him has been taken on record and he fulfils the criteria of independence under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16(1)(b) oft he SEBI Listing Regulations. Further, based on the declarations and information made available to the Company, Mr. Mahendra Jagmohan Sanghvi is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any other statutory authority.
