Finance Corporation Limited will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video
Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued
by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India to transact the
businesses as set out in the Notice of AGM.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Annual Report of the Company, along with the Notice of the AGM
for the financial year 2025-26 is being sent to the members through electronic mode.
Further, Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company will send physical intimation letters to those
members whose email IDs are not registered with the Company/Depositories, providing the web link,
including the exact path to access the Annual Report and Notice of the AGM.
