The resignation letter/email of Ms. Pooja Birendra Sinha has been received by the Company on September 19, 2026 and the same shall be placed before the upcoming Board Meeting for formal acceptance and taking note thereof. Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 along with Resignation Letter, with respect to resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company will make necessary arrangements for appointment of a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and will intimate the Stock Exchanges accordingly and till such time Mr. Rajkumar Mohanlal Modi, Jt.
