The notice alleges short payment of GST for FY 2022-23 arising from differences between e-way bill data and GST returns filed by the Company and proposes recovery of tax, interest and penalty. Expected financial implications, if any, due to The financial impact of the show cause cum demand compensation, penalty etc. notice is to the extent of the Demand, Penalty and Interest proposed, but there is no material impact on the Company. The Company is in process of filing a reply in the said matter. This, being a Show Cause Notice, is open for further submissions before the relevant authorities and the Company is in the process of responding to the same within the stipulated time as mentioned therein.
