Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with
Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for trading in
shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the
declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated employees, Designated
persons & their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the
aforesaid period of Trading window closure.
