BSE Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai‐ 400001, India Scrip Code: 541353 Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has received the GST (Appeal) Order through email dated 01/10/2026 from the Office of Commissioner of Central Tax (Appeal‐1), Bengaluru, wherein the appeal has been decided against the Company by upholding the original GST liability amounting to Rs. 47.77 lakhs plus interest (subject to re‐computation) and penalty amounting to Rs. 4.81 lakhs in respect of financial year 2018‐19 under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The Company is evaluating the said order and will take the appropriate action in the matter (including any appeal with higher authority). The management believes that the Order does not have any material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company due to this order. This is for your information and records.
