Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, the “Trading Window” shall remain closed from July 1, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the period ended on June 30, 2026. The Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Financial Results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
